1. Dois dias sem água quente, nos dias mais frios do ano
2. Controle remoto do ar condicionado não funcionou, apesar de trocarem as pilhas
3. Não tem ar quente
4. Secador de cabelo demorou 48h, mesmo pedindo insistentemente
5. A chapa da cozinha deixa fumaça e cheiro no salão de refeição
6. Não tem lugar no estacionamento para todos os hóspedes
7. Não tem persiana nas janelas e os vidros não fecham direito, deixando entrar barulho da estrada, vento e frio e água da chuva

Ótimo custo benefício, boa localização, café da manhã bem variado e funcionários atenciosos e cordiais. Quarto triplo ok e não tivemos qualquer problema durante nossa estadia. Só não usamos a piscina porque estava muito gelada mas aproveitamos bastante o local nas espreguiçadeiras e mesas onde tomávamos cerveja ou refrigerantes.

O hotel fica localizado na avenida das cataratas que é muito movimento, a noite o movimento permanece, é difícil dormir. Nao ha janelas contra ruído. A estrutura interna do hotel é péssima, banheiros velhos, vazamentos, descargas estragadas. O local onde eles armazenam os colchões esta em condições precárias, sujo e com muito mofo. Ficamos 2 dias sem agua quente no hotel. Fiquei presa no elevador. Ninguém do hotel veio conversar ou pedir desculpa, explicar o motivo pelo qual o elevador parou. Minha familia que correu atras para que alguém tomasse uma atitude. Os funcionários da recepção nao faziam questão nenhuma em ser solicitos as nossas pendências apresentadas. No cafe da amanha achamos um pedaço de palha de aço no biscoito. Quando fomos passar uma pendência a recepção o funcionário disse “que se fosse ele ficaria no hotel em frente” (um resort no caso). E que era para fazer a reclamação na caixa de sugestão que fica no balcão. Enfim, nao recomendo e não voltarei
