Hotel antigo com estrutura defasada e nada acolhedora. Para quem tem alergias é essencial ir preparado, pois o ambiente é visivelmente mofado. Ficamos em um quarto de frente para a rua, extremamente barulhento, sem qualquer conforto ou aconchego. O espaço é apertado para uma família de quatro pessoas e não há tomadas ao lado da cama, algo básico atualmente. O café da manhã começa tarde e não há flexibilidade para hóspedes com passeios cedo, como para as Cataratas Argentinas ou Paraguai. Isso é revoltante, já que estamos pagando pelo serviço. Além disso, o café é fraco, com poucas opções, nada de suco natural e qualidade muito abaixo do esperado. Não recomendo e não voltaria.

As dependência do hotel são ótimas… piscina e brinquedos para crianças pequenas. Bastante área gratuita para estacionar. Café da manhã muito bom tem até tapioca feita na hora . Máquina de café expresso.

Viajamos em família e fomos muito bem recepcionados no hotel, todos os funcionários prestativos e educados, quartos limpos e organizados, banheiro ótimo, camas confortáveis, café da manhã com muitas opções deliciosas, tapioca feita na hora, uma delícia. O hotel fica em uma excelente localização. Para quem se hospedar, não deixe de conhecer o restaurante Castelo do Alemão que fica quase ao lado do hotel, comida deliciosa, preço ótimo e o melhor Chopp de vinho que já tomei na vida.
