It was a bit tricky to find the entrance to the hotel with all the narrow roads. Also parking is very limited and you have to book. But the view is beautiful!! The staff were very friendly and helpful and nothing was too much. The sitting area is a bit small but we managed to get seats for happy hour! The room was fine, except for the opening of the window. We got a piece of timber to put under the window to get fresh air in. Breakfast and dinner were fine. You had to,pay extra for cooked breakfast.

Had Sunday lunch today and couldn't fault the food at all, two of us had prawn cocktails one had the soup and I had chicken liver parfait with balsamic chutney and toasted brioche and all was delicious, main courses were two chicken roasts and two beef roasts 4 or 5 different vegetables which was almost too much to eat, one of the best Sunday roasts we have had.

We got a piece of timber from reception which held the window open so we could get some fresh air. And we didn't like the big shower head!!! Too big and too high. Was tricky to keep your hair dry!!! But there was complimentary gin and tonic in the room. A first for us. Breakfast was fine, but if you wanted certain dishes, you had to pay an extra 10 pounds. Dinner was very good!! We loved the old lift!

We loved this hotel. Delightful staff, Karina front of house so lovely, friendly and welcoming. Interesting menu and delicious food for evening dinner, continental breakfast varied and fresh. Our room was big with the comfiest bed and luxury touches, chocolates too for our Anniversary, slippers and dressing gowns. A view to die for from the lounge and some rooms. We've booked again for next month. It's our go to place to stay in Fowey from now on.

Beautiful hotel with stunning views of the Fowey estuary. The interior design is contemporary and very well thought out. We had dinner in their restaurant twice as the food & service was first class, everything we ate was fresh & delicious. The bar area has comfy sofas overlooking the water which is so pretty. Lastly the staff were all friendly and helpful, all seemed happy to be there. We will definitely return to this wonderful hotel.
