Excelente hotel ideal para familias los apartamentos nuevos muy completos , con acabados de lujo , el desayuno fantástico, el área social con piscina amplia, parque de juegos acuáticos ,área tranquila para caminar Ubicación fantástica: a 5 minutos a pie mall con restaurantes para todos los gustos almacenes para hacer compras , target, ross, marshall, TGmax etc A 10 minutos en carro los parques. From the moment of check in, everything was spectacular! Troy greeted us with a smile and was very accommodating during the check in process. He let us know we were staying in a brand new building (#4) and offered many suggestions on places in the area. We arrived to our building, the only car in the lot and went to our room. What a fabulous room! We had a king one bedroom suite and it was perfect! The full kitchen was something I wish we had time to use. The bed was extremely comfortable! We visited the pool and had a great time! The mango Pina coladas were so good! We will be back in October with more family, staying in a two bedroom. We can't wait!

Myself, wife & 14 year old daughter, came from the UK, stayed 12 nights. Checked in 8pm very easily, completely h20 water park for our entire stay. Resort & parking fees included in our virgin holidays package. 1 bed suite with balcony full kitchen (building 3 room 3200, second floorwith views over lake and margaritaville/pool).. Huge room/bathroom. Beds very comfortable. Great breakfast, eggs, omelette, sausage, pancakes, bagels. Free alcohol etc at 5pm. Would definitely stay again. One suggestion, need somewhere to hang/dry clothes.

Our stay at Embassy Suites Sunset Walk was truly memorable thanks to the amazing people who work here. From the moment we arrived, we were warmly welcomed by Manager Albet, whose professionalism, kindness, and attention to detail immediately stood out. She made us feel valued and truly cared for. The front desk team was just as fantastic—friendly, helpful, and attentive from check-in to check-out. Every interaction was smooth and pleasant. But what really touched our hearts was the kindness shown by the maintenance team and front desk when my elderly mother, who has mobility issues and Parkinson’s, tried to walk alone from Building 2 to Building 1 for breakfast. A maintenance team member noticed and gave her a ride in the golf cart, and afterward, someone from the front desk personally drove her back to the room. That kind of care goes beyond customer service—it’s humanity. Thank you all for making our stay so special. We’ll absolutely be back!

Nicest rooms I've ever stayed in. 1000sq ft apartment with double queens, a king, two bathrooms, kitchen, living room and balcony. Rooms are very clean and exceptionally decorated. Nice pools and amenities. Close to Island H20 with shuttles to all the major theme parks. Not overcrowded, free breakfast and parking. Couldn't ask for more, especially for a big family.

Although it’s a new property, it’s poorly managed and has limited amenities. We had to ask many times over a few days for more towels and soap. Tub was not cleaned and kitchen cleaning supplies were not replenished. No dressers in the rooms so no place to put your clothes. They have a closet but limited hangers and it took a few days for them to provide more. Breakfast was ok but no cereal and milk like other Embassy Suites. Manager special is only 1.5 hours and yes limited open bar but the snacks are very basic. Just crackers and hummus and some pretzel mixes. A few night they had cheese but that was it. The pool had a bar but closed early so not food options after 7:00. Pool has only a few umbrellas- not enough if busy and no shade. It’s very much a ghost town so if you’re looking for a bit of night life or even entertainment (although they say there is) during the day, do not stay here. I would not recommend since there are so many options in Orlando. I’ve stayed at the Hilton Vacation Club Tuscany in the passed and I would highly recommend that Hilton property. Beautiful pools, paths to walk I. The lake, entertainment by the pool, and lively. Also has suites so great for families.

This was our second stay here and we’re blown away like the first time! We were in a 1 King 1 Bedroom suite this time and it was just as spacious as ever! Still had the large bathroom, dual vanity sinks, separate tub and shower and separate room for the toilet! Room was super quiet despite being an adjoining room. Breakfast was amazing and abundant! We were in building 4 which had just opened because the front desk couldn’t tell me if the room I had digitally checked into was near or away from the elevator. (Hopefully a hotel map of the building and floors will be updated to the Hilton App when their last Building 5 opens). The pool amazing! Still heated and comfortable and the tiki hut bar nice and airy. Hoping to come back in August as long as all plans fall into place!
