This place is a joke!! Paid 2,500 plus extra 150 for heat in pool. Dryer didn’t work for 2 days. After you try to overlook the bad and give a nicer review you get a email stating they charged your card an extra $272 dollars for urine stains on 5 beds that 1) my kids don’t pee the bed and they never even used 5 beds. Fabric softener on a towel which I nicely put in the washer trying to be helpful. Save your money and look for a better company. This was just sketchy!!

**PLEASE BE AWARE**: A vacation rental experience with IHM Vacation Management ruined an entire vacation for our family of four. We paid $585.04 for what was advertised as a luxury condo, but upon arrival, we found that the air conditioning was not working, the front door was damaged and unsecured, the refrigerator was unclean, and there was an unpleasant smell likely because the air conditioning had not been functioning prior to our arrival. After several attempts to resolve these issues with the management team, who had no one on-site to assist us until the following day, we decided to leave and find alternative accommodations. As a result, we incurred additional expenses totaling over $1,000 for a hotel room and the initial rental that we could not use. What is most disappointing is that this company went to their partner, Marriott Homes and Villas, and falsely claimed that our air conditioning was working. Consequently, Marriott refused to issue a refund for our stay. As paying customers, we find this situation outrageous! We strongly advise others to steer clear of this company.

My husband and I took our 7 children on vacation. The home was absolutely beautiful. My family had a blast. We spent most of our time swimming in the pool and hot tub. When it came time to leave my kids were begging to ba able to come back again. Which is something I definitely plan on doing.

There are several others who rent in the same communities as IHM and offer 5 star service for the same price. I started using this company in 2012. The management has completely changed for the WORSE! Booked 9 nights/ 10 days May 9-May 19th. From the day we checked in we have had to call & email at least 3-4 times a day with issues still not being resolved. Ice despenser does not work and was never fixed, pool screens were completely out which allowed for bugs to invade the pool area, hot tub drained the 1st 4 days every time the jets were turned on, when finally “fixed” hot tub was 114 degrees…temperature was adjusted but was cold. We did pay $140 to have the pool and hot tub heated but it was never at a level of comfort for use, TV’s in rooms were not set up to watch, they came to replace them but took consoles & remotes from other rooms, leaving them without TV, sheets in master bedroom and pillow had to be changed the first night because of stains. My husband and son in law had to duck tape the screens…shown in pic until Day 7- someone decided to show up and fix them after we sent videos of us trying to fix ourselves. To date we are still awaiting a response from the management team and they have continued to ignore us. This company needs to be SHUT DOWN!
