I stay here often bc my house is getting ready and I have no complaints the man I. The front is always super helpful

We arrived at 7:30pm after a lang drive to find they were repairing/replacing a door right across tge hall. The saw they were using was SO loud we couldn't even talk without shouting. We went out and asked what was going on. He said it woukd be only about 15 min and then he'd be using a quieter one. It went on till about 8:40. Then at 10:30 someone started banging on a door and telling for someone to open the door. This went on for 10-15 min. At 11:45 it started again, this time additionally a women was yelling front desk, front desk as well as banging on door. This also went on 15-20 min. Again about 2:30 am it happened again. Needless to say sleeping was tough. We were staying 2 nights. If you're staying more than one there is no housekeeping service the additional days. May be a cheaper price and convenient to Ft. Carson but we will never stay there again and will be willing to pay more for better service and atmosphere. Not a good experience!!

Comfortable bed. Clean bathroom. Overall, the hotel was clean and well run. Has an uneventful stay. The desk staff were efficient and friendly.

Smelled like cigarettes and **** smoke. Rooms were dirty and ended up with a bunch of insect bites. Internet was awful, unable to to do any type of work on it. Asked the desk to tell the people next to me to turn their tv down, which they played loudly all day and all night. They did nothing.

Ehhhh.....
Checked in at shift change and that was not super fast...and it was late and we were tired. The hotel is old and has a smell that I could not quite place. It was okay for what we paid.

The property was the perfect location for our trip to visit our kids. It was small and quiet and they have done some renovations which made it seem well maintained. Front desk person was very friendly and helpful. We would stay here again
