nous avons fait la demande de reservation par une smartbox et nous avons eu la confirmation de reservation arriver le jour J le receptionniste pas souriant du tout avec l impression qu on le derange nous dit qu il n a pas notre reservation et que l hotel est complet apres une dame arrive et qui trouve une chambre sans elle on dormait dans la voiture puis lui donne la clé et aucune explication sur le restaurant les horaires petit dej je sais pas si on reviendra l hotel campanile de vire on etait mieux accueuillie

Une chambre familiale d’une nuit. Mon fils de 7ans m’a dit « maman je crois que c’est le pire hôtel qu’on a fait » La salle de bain insalubre du moisi de partout j’ai même pas voulu prendre de douche. Des araignées derrière les rideaux. Les lits non faits la couette juste déposée sur le lit. Pas de Clim 🥵 Le petit dej…… grand buffet mais rien d’extraordinaire pour un restaurant….. Le personnel aimable mais peu présent. Bref comme dirait mon fils: « le pire hôtel » et pourtant nous nous contentons de petits établissements vraiment en toute simplicité. Mais la simplicité n’exclut pas la propreté

Arrivés le 09/08/2025 à 18h00,le réceptionniste très désagréable il n’a pas souri une seul fois 🤬dans les avis il était pourtant écrit que le personnel était accueillant ? Le rideau de la chambre était cassé. Le petit déjeuner était très bon et l’équipe du matin très souriante, nous n’avons pas eu de chance 🥲
