Almost a perfect hotel. Very clean and new. Personal always have smiling face. Also good breakfast for foreigners. This hotel will be my first prefer in this area for next time.

The hotel front desk Mr Xiao was very nice and the staff was very welcoming. The hotel is located in the junction of Guangzhou and Foshan, the night scenery is very good, the room is very spacious, clean, very well equipped, very satisfied.

Everything is wonderful about this hotel! High ceiling rooms, beautiful lobby. Double basins in the bathroom and a bathtub. We got great views even when we were only on the 12th floor. The only downside is that it took 17mins for the robot to bring my delivery order to my room from the front desk

Everything was good except the location was a bit far from services

This is a 5 stars hotel. You get the 5 stars amenities. I travel 2 weeks in china and encounter different hotel amenites at 4-5 stars level. I would say they are good, provide free laundry services, breakfast is also one of the best. But customer services, they are not even close to a 4 stars hotel. No one bother to greet you at hotel lobby. No one bother to care about smoking on the lobby or walkway, no one bother to help you on your luggage when arrived. Sometimes the bellboy open the car door, sometimes they do not. Don’t know what is the standard. Come back again? Maybe not.
