前台服務態度很好，很專業，房間很乾凈，停車場很大，還提供24小時免得停車，早餐很豐富，酒店裝修的很温馨，設施設備都是新的，床墊很舒服，而且隔音效果很好，一夜好眠，入住各方面都很滿意，入住那麼多酒店，這家酒店得房間是最大的，很滿意，超級推薦

酒店環境很好，周邊有很多好吃的，前台小姐姐介紹的旁邊的佛山魚生很是不錯，是當地特色來的，房間我很乾凈衞生乾淨服務好，還送了免費早餐吃，早餐很豐盛，很多品種，味道很廣東，整體入住很滿意，附近很有多娛樂的，旁邊有個商場晚上也很熱鬧，吃喝玩樂樣樣俱全

前台服務態度很好，房間很大，衞生間乾濕分離，環境優美，設施設備齊全，隔音效果挺好的，睡覺好安靜，還有自助行李寄存服務，外賣都是機器人送到房間的，好高檔哦，特別表揚一下酒店的早餐，餐品種類豐富，那個炒粉真的好好吃，下次有時間過來佛山玩，還要住這家，真的挺不錯的

春節來佛山探親，選擇了這家柏曼酒店高分店，入住體驗感很好，前枱佈置得很有年味，服務員的服務也很好，推薦了周邊好吃的，試了果真不錯，房間也很大，前台還給免費升級了有窗户的房間，整體體驗感很好，下次還會再來

之前住過同品牌的酒店，覺得很好才找同連鎖的，怎料這次很差，酒店大部分人都放假（春節原因），一進酒店櫃臺都沒人，等了一下才有個男生出來接待。
一進房間，杯子也沒有洗，立即叫服務員換。
隔天去吃早餐才跟我們說沒提供自助早餐，硬說他們網上已有說，叫我打開㩦程，我說不是經那個訂，我說在trip.com 訂的，我也給他看訂房訊息，硬說顯示是免費早餐，不是自助餐，真的很攪笑，不認錯還說他們沒顯示錯。這就是沒早餐的意思，是免費早餐。沒自助但顯示加錢的早餐是自助早餐?難度我加錢就立即造個自助早餐嗎？
沒自助餐，就直接顯示沒有就行啊，沒更新網上資料也不承認。
拿房間的時候男生也沒有交待沒有提供自助早餐，原來只有每人一份這樣子的早點。
早說沒有我們就會有自己的安排，早點出門去找店吃，過年很多都關店。
服務態度很有問題，不會再入住！
