No one speaks English. If you don’t know the language, this is not for you. They don’t read English and definitely don’t speak it. The checking in was a nightmare. I had to get my friends to speak to the ‘manager’. The room that I booked was a simple studio room with the bathroom. They gave me a “upgraded 2 bedroom loft” which was so run down which had a terrible water leak smell. I complained, asked for a refund until then they gave me the studio room that wasn’t locked but much cleaner. It felt so unsafe I didn’t sleep all night. I would stay away from them if possible.

服務人員的服務態度還是可以的！優點和缺點分別如下…
優點：公寓位置就在金箔商場邊上，出行方便。
缺點：
1、整棟樓的公寓户型不好，很悶。
2、衹有房間有空調、客廳沒風扇，很熱。
3、房間沒有礦泉水（可能搞衞生阿姨忘記放）。
4、整棟樓的衞生及房間衞生都有待提高。
5、陽台沒有地方曬衣服，沒有曬衣服的桿子。
6、整棟樓的隔音差，樓上聲音聽得清清楚楚，還有樓下就是電單車停車位置，很吵。
7、公寓網速太慢。
8、公寓不是包一整層下來做公寓，同層樓還住着其他的租户，樓道很亂。
滿分一百的話，我給65分吧！！！

每次出差都來這兒住， 入住簡單 外面也很方便。 交通方便， 客服態度也很好 方便停車 。 樓下很多好吃的， 環境也不錯
