Not a great experience at all, would never recommend this place to anyone. Firstly impressions - Only one lift was operating during the whole visit which seems to be a common complains, looking thru previous comments, this means at peak times it can take 10-15 minutes to get on the lift. Then you get hit for parking your car which costs you $35.00 per night. When you finally find your room there is no complimentary water as you would find in even in cheap hotels. There is the mini bar in your room of course but that has no price lists anywhere to be found. You get a great view of an earth wall out the window of your, room and next to no natural light. The bed was comfortable with a large array of pillows, sadly the big pillows stunk of BO, the bathroom was not clean on arrival with marks on the black toilet from where the previous occupant had poor aim. Good - artwork in the foyer is very good, room is well appointed, large shower. Best tip - other than go somewhere else, if you must stay there is the room numbers are in the kick boards in the hallways not on the doors like you would expect, you need to get used to hearing people frustrated walking up and down the hallway trying to find their rooms.
