All’Acapulco l’accoglienza inizia prima ancora di disfare la valigia con bottigliette d’acqua fresche in camera sia all’arrivo che il giorno della partenza e un vassoietto di dolci di benvenuto, che profumano di burro e pasticceria. Staff che ti fa sentire a casa Sorrisi veri, disponibilità immediata e e quella gentilezza “di famiglia”, che ti fa sentire coccolato. Nella Roma Imperiale a circa 150 metri dalla spiaggia: esci dall’hotel, attraversi la pineta e sei già sugli stabilimenti, mentre il centro pedonale di Forte dei Marmi si raggiunge con una passeggiata di cinque minuti. Camere rinnovate e super silenziose con un letto king comodissimo e soprattutto un’ampia terrazza dove fare colazione in accappatoio con vista sul verde della pineta in cui è immersa la struttura, sul mare e sulle Alpi Apuane. Bagno spazioso, kit cortesia profumato e pulizia impeccabile due volte al giorno. Il buffet è un trionfo: torte e biscotti artigianali, pancakes espressi, frutta fresca e centrifughe e per chi ama il salato, focaccine calde, formaggi e salumi locali. Caffè e cappuccini serviti al tavolo in sala e sotto la pergola in giardino: il modo migliore per cominciare la giornata.

We stayed for 1 week and has the most enjoyable time. The staff were particularly helpful, accommodating and pleasant to deal with. I mainly dealt with Stephania and Bazi who were great. The owner was at the property most of the time and added a touch of sweetness to the experience. I definitely would stay here again!

Ottima accoglienza, camera upgrade, personale professionale, non ci è mancato nulla L'hotel offre piscina, palestrina, superba colazione, bar, noleggio biciclette, giardino, convenzione spiaggia, eventuale parcheggio a pagamento. Vicino alla spiaggia e a pochi passi dal centro. In camera, ben arredata, abbiamo trovato: cassaforte, frigo bar ben fornito, un bel balcone con vista giardino e vista mare in lontananza. Piccoli gesti di gentilezza, come le caramelle sul cuscino, molto gradite. Nella hall, presenti anche interessanti opere d'arte di artisti locali. Torneremo sicuramente.
