After an extremely tiring trip, all we need and want is convenient, agile and quick service so we can go to our room and rest. Between discovering that the room key didn't work, after someone from maintenance had to go and, regardless of how long it took, they spent almost 25 minutes solving the problem, there was never any attention from reception to immediately change our room, and when 20 minutes passed and we called reception, they took the initiative or more assertively, they reacted and said they could change our room, but in the meantime after 25 minutes they resolved it. The next morning we called to borrow an iron, which they said they would deliver to the room, after 20 minutes we called again and they told us they would take it immediately, I'm still waiting for it today, probably lost somewhere in the hotel. We went out for dinner and in the evening when we arrived, again the saga of the card that didn't work, once again "swimming" up and down to resolve it. The next day, in the morning, we put icing on the cake and took a cold shower in the morning, and as we had a scheduled departure time, we couldn't complain. Therefore, without a doubt, a hotel to be avoided.
