Exceptional employees. All cordial. Very clean place, very good food. But we had a problem: with the heavy rain the hotel lost power. The generator was not enough for all the rooms. We were without air conditioning for 24 hours. We couldn't open the windows, because the generator is a little below us and the smoke generated by it entered our room. I asked reception to change rooms, as they had rooms with working air conditioning and they said they couldn't. I asked for a fan to sleep and they didn't have one. Result: sleeping (due to tiredness) at 2:30 in the morning with a humble towel over my body to try to alleviate the heat. In the morning, they would solve our problem, but we were already leaving. I know that the power outage was not the hotel's fault, but they could have put us in another room, as it was not crowded, or gotten a fan to avoid such a problem.
