Home2 Suites by Hilton Burleson

This was the worst experience that I have ever had. Could not use the paid reservation because room was booked in my Company's name instead of my name Could not call to change or add my name to the reservation. Each time I called and was prompted to English speaking input was directed to a foreign language. Ended up have to pay at the hotel out of pocket. My name is Elijah Demerson. I booked in my name, gave my email address paid with paypal. Don't even know how my company's name got involved other than in my email. Hated this.

My room was huge! Decorated in awesome colors!

This hotel was exceptionally clean, as I’m sure most of it has to do with the fact that it relatively brand new. And the staff was cleaning continuously. The rooms are quiet and very comfortable! The bed and the pillows were the most comfy I’ve ever slept in and the room gets super dark when you pull the shades, even in the middle of the day. Our room had just a shower, it would’ve been nice to have a shower tub combo, but all in all I will give this room and hotel five stars! The location is ideal for shopping and restaurants close by. And also, it’s on the outskirts of Ft. Worth, so traffic isn’t too terrible getting around. Breakfast was good and had a decent selection, waffles, eggs, bacon, oatmeal, yogurt, cereal, muffins, juice, and coffee. Negative: Pool was freezing! I thought for an indoor pool it would be heated…

Terrible hotel. Poorly managed. My sheets were not changed from the previous guest. It was like pulling teeth to get service from the manager. In the end and with lots of calls, I was given some points. Pick the Hampton or Fairfield when traveling to Burleson.

This is the hardest bed that I have ever slept in. I might as well be on the floor. The location is clean and safe enough. I didn’t eat the breakfast. The room is nice. The bed is terrible. I would definitely not stay here again.

The Home2 Suites in Burleson, Texas is a newer property in a cluster of hotels. The most unique thing that I experienced was that the television was on in my hotel room with my name on the screen, welcoming me to the hotel. Other than that, nothing out of the ordinary. The check-in experience, housekeeping and upkeep of the hotel were are very good. The parking lot was well-lit.

Very clean, friendly staff, nice patio and indoor pool.
