The room was not cleaned for three days. I asked the front desk and they said it is cleaned after more than three days. Compared with the service in China, I feel it is not up to par, a bit disappointed!

Let me first say this hotel has great customer service. Everyone is eager to help. But beware of cars getting stolen from this property. We did the Park and Fly for our trip to Alaska. The guy told us where to park so my truck would be in the camera view. After a six days trip to Alaska we came back and our trip was stolen from the parking lot. Local police did come out and did a report. The officer did inform us it has been a lot of Trucks stolen from this property. This hotel doesn’t have any overnight security. They should look into getting it. Just beware before parking here, hate to see someone else car get stolen from this hotel.
