Courtyard Fort Worth West at Cityview

When we checked in the receptionist at the front desk was so rude, it was ridiculous. It was obvious that she did not want to be there. I know it was Valentines Day and maybe she didn't receive floweres but no reason to be rude to guest. We checked in and asked if there were any carts and she just pointed to the door. Mark Cluck and his wife were traveling with us and when he checke in she was just as rude to him. On Saturday morning there was no hot water in our room or the Clucks room, and we all took cold showers. I had breakfast and as soon as I finished eating I got sick and was in bed all day. OH BTW one of the elevators was not working in the morning. Sunday morning when we got up and left and there was plenty of hot water and the elevators were working fine and there was Friendly face was behind the desk. Thanks Steve Greenberg

This is really a gym of a hotel that strikes the balance between affordability and luxury and a great location. The bed and bedding is to die for.

We arrived on Sunday afternoon of Memorial Day weekend expecting to see many people and a lot of activities happening. We had been promised a hot tub which I was looking forward to because of whiplash. The tub had been inspected and was then shut down two days before we arrived. That was disappointing, but better if it was not up to standard. There was construction throughout the lobby and the whole first floor areas. Our room was set up for two people and we had three. We needed to get another set of towels and another set of coffee makings. The staff was cooperative with our requests even though we had to make them for both nights. The wind howled through the window. The door then rattled due to the wind. Our concerns were brought to the attention of the manager as we were checking out. He listened attentively, took notes, and we felt as if he was concerned about our experience. He made us feel heard. He is addressing the issues that he has control over and we feel assured our next stay will be much better. We will stay here again!

Wonderful. One of the best motels we’ve stayed in. Pool was THE BEST!

Breakfast is limited to a waffle and or an omelet. If you want anything else, you have to purchase it through Starbucks.
