服務太讚了！！我們從湖區一路開車過來，到達時是晚上8點多，錯過了最遲入住時間，旅館職員下班前通過攜程不斷聯繫我們，但因為路上無信號，我們並不知道。到達後見到前台無人，我們一臉懵圈，試着致電旅館人員，對方馬上接聽，告訴我們已安排好的房間號碼，房門沒鎖，鑰匙在房間桌面。並且有一張手寫的留言放在旅館門廊的顯眼位置。很感動！
我們頓時心安下來，房間整潔乾淨，衞浴特別特別寬敞，桌上還有歡迎小餅乾。晚上很安靜，隔音不錯，聽不到其他房間的動靜。
早餐正對着湖面，心曠神怡。旅館員工還特意問候了我們入住感受，並昨晚的不便致歉。這是太贊啦！

The room was very clean and comfortable and the breakfast was amazing. The view is gorgeous and location is very convenient to travel to Isle of Skyes and Glencoe.

Loved staying here. This was our first guest house experience, and it did not disappoint. The room and en-suite were both spacious, with attention to detail. The breakfast was first class service, with personal interaction with the Chef. Would highly recommend to stay here.

Cozy guest house very convenient to Ft William
Cozy guest house on the water. Our room had fabulous views. Our hosts were wonderful, the room very well appointed. The bed was perfectly comfy. The breakfast was outstanding.
