FairBridge Inn & Suites Fort Wayne

I called police and I have police report, the problem was I went to office and he asked me for very attitude ID and Credit card then I gave him , he gave me key and I told him , can you please tell me , where is the room and which floor , and he told me go lobby and make left turn , and I told him nicely twice, can you please tell me which floor , he said go lobby make a left turn , so I told him , we don’t know the room and he said give me key and get out my property and I said no , he said get out I will call police, then he called police and police came and telling me to leave ,he don’t want it in his property , and police give me report and police say he will be refund, he still not cancel booking yet , still going and I don’t receive for refund and deposit yet !

Floor wasn’t vacuumed (if it was, they missed half the floor). Bathroom sink was dirty. Still had previous guest soap and toothpaste marks.

The pictures online did NOT match what was there. My family and I did not stay there. Staff was EXCELLENT.

Run down and not well maintained. Breakfast was not replenished and not a lot was offered. Carpets were stained. Not a lot of hot water or water pressure. Just a bad experience overall

Rooms look NOTHING like the pictures! POOL IS CLOSED! staff is RUDE! When we asked for a refund they automatically got hostile and asked if we speak English. STAY AWAY FROM THIS SH*TTY hotel

The entrance is amazing a beautiful crystal chandelier… then we got to the room…. It’s fine for a tired traveler. The staff is 5 star!! I hope they make some improvements because there’s good potential there!

Pool was closed. Bathrooms weren’t cleaned and had spit of previous guest in sink. Toilet was gross. Breakfast only had cereal waffle and packaged honey buns.

Staff was not very welcoming we didn't feel safe to stay the night there. We really just checked in and checked out since the first initial room we were given had a dirty restroom and the ac did not work and had a wired smell. Then the second room had the same problem the ac didn’t work. Until the 3rd room the ac finally worked but by that point we had already decided we were not gonna be staying there. The rooms were really not as shown and looked very unclean.

Rooms are not clean, bed sheets were stained, bathroom curtain has mold, window to outside obviously leaks… mold and water damage all around it. The facility is very much so run down, non of the amenities are open, pool closed, workout room closed, laundry room closed, they do have a breakfast but it’s not good at all, and personally wouldn’t recommend eating for sanitary purposes. Stayed here with my husband, but wouldn’t stay her as a single female traveler for sure, the lock on our door was coming off the wall, there was one other car besides ours in the parking lot the whole time we have been here. Staff is very rude and unhelpful, again we were one of two people staying here, went to ask for a extra pillow as there were only two on the queen size bed, he said not allowed, we don’t have any extra, then my husband asked if we could possibly have a blanket instead and to that he said nothing and walked away !!! Definitely wouldn’t recommend staying here at all, we ended up finding a different hotel to stay at !!!
