The guest rooms in this hotel are some of the oldest I have ever seen in a flagship Hilton property. I stay at least a hundred nights a year in many different brands… and I’ll say the furniture is extremely dated, and they chose to sew on a mismatching fabric arm cover on the chair in my room to hide holes in the leather. The furniture is so old and drab, if you showed me the photos of this hotel, I’d assume that it was a Hampton Inn last renovated in 1995. I can’t believe I’m saying this, but, I had a much nicer room at the Spark. This hotel is indeed downtown, and attached to the convention center. But outside of that it’s going to be the last place I stay in Fort Wayne. Apparently they will be renovating in 2027. I am not sure when it was renovated last but, they’re certainly due.

Be careful…. This hotel has bed bugs! Maintance man lied but clearly, I had A bed bug. I got compensated a coffee from Starbucks and 2 drinks and was told it was an isolated issue. I didn’t have Hilton Honors. After I left I provided my husbands Hilton Honor for a credit and nothing! Won’t be back, ever!

Exceptional Place, Great Service and Excellent Value is what comes to mind while staying at this property. The staff is exceptional and we began our experience with Ophelia as the Driver from the Airport. If you want to know about why you should move to Fort Wayne and the positives, she is the guide. SHE was warm and inviting. Next Jennifer initiated our Check-In and wonderfully welcomed us. She was efficient and easily shared some important details for our stay. EVEN the morning of our breakfast she made them aware of who we were and got us seated. The Breakfast which is 20.00 and open to the public is all you can eat. Fresh. Fruit, Cooked to order Omelettes, Biscuits and Gravy, Bacon and freshly baked Croissants. AnniMae and another gentleman was very attentive too. Kailey the Housekeepers was amazing too. She gave us a quick fresher to our room and double checked it, in case we needed anything. Lareesha was helpful too. Ashley was very engaging and alert and caught colluding with Jennifer in sharing exceptional service with guests. Friday check-Ins were feeling calm and easy with them working together. They addressed concerns to help extend their hospitality to all they engaged. We just loved the entire experience and still have time left. The location is great too and property has many amenities to keep you safe and comfortable. This place is a winner Baby. By the way the chef and her staff were wonderful too. Great Place.

Location was fine. Our room was not that clean. Lots of dust and dirt around the rooms surgacesband floors. Staff was friendly but service at the bar/restaurant was very slow.

Bathroom, caulking, head mildew, and the drain was corroded through the tub and you could very easily tell that by taking a shower it would leak into the subfloor. I don’t know how the rooms below didn’t get soaked.

I needed to stay one night and saved money by taking the airport shuttle. There is a restaurant on site for dinner, a bar, and Starbucks is also there for an extra breakfast option or just a cup of coffee. The rooms are clean and comfortable. It was perfect for what I needed.
