Fairfield Inn & Suites Fort Wayne

We were going to a convention in Fort Wayne. When we checked in the hotel clerk asked us what we were doing in town. When we told him we were there for a convention, he snarled and make a rude comment to us. We were very polite and told him that he should not make rude comments to a customer when he was serving the public. He did not seem to care and said he was the longest serving employee there. I guess that he does not care if he offended people that were paying his salary. Other than that, our stay was very nice. I do believe that a paying customer should be treated with more respect. Fairfield Inn should train their employees to be respectful to customers.

The team was helpful in getting a complicated reservation taken care of. The gentleman at the front desk was super friendly!

We stay here a lot when in Fort Wayne. Our employees too! Great facility and management/ ownership. Highly recommend staying here. Good coffee and breakfast:)

Front desk staff was very helpful and check in was a breeze. What I really liked was having a room on the first floor without asking. Can't remember the last time I didn't have to take the stairs or elevator.

Room was clean and the staff was nice. Another customers heat wasn’t sufficient and they didn’t have any extra blankets or heaters.(They had ran out of both). Needs some loving attention

Room was clean. Bed was comfortable. Shower stream was fantastic. Breakfast was warm and delicious. Great stay!

Lights in room didnt work. Noisy in the hall during the middle of the night

Ft Wayne Business Trip I was only dissapointed that the fitness room wasn't available but the front desk told me that we could use the fitness room at Tru Hilton which I did. Thanks!
