Check in was ok, room was clean and comfortable. Didn't get to use it but the pool looked great - indoor and outdoor! We did get to sit out in the Garden area and was very nice and relaxing. The hotel was easy to find and was right off the Hwy. B'fast was ok and area was clean, and we liked the pancake machine.

It's been some years since I traveled and stayed in a hotel. The staff were most helpful and responsive with my special needs, since I am now more disabled than in the past. I also appreciated the alternated route to access the St. Wayne convention center, via its skybridge. While I was there in the hot summer months, it could be most helpful for others in the colder months.

My only complaint was the ac ! It was super hot in the room and the ac was set to where we couldn’t drop it bellow 68

The accommodations were beautiful! The staff is professional & friendly. Our room was clean & comfortable. Thank you Emily @ Front desk & Celia. Conveniently located & connected to the Embassy Theatre. Connors restaurant with delicious food & great service by Darius (sp)! A wonderful stay!

Easy walk to food, farmers market and the baseball stadium. Quiet and clean. Staff went out of her way to get us adjoining rooms. Great experience.

Would have been nice to have a bottle of water provided in your room. Had a parking garage attached to the hotel that I will have to pay. For what it cost to stay in this hotel you would think these 2 concerns would have been provided!!

Our pull out bed mattress was very dirty, there was no lotion in our room, I called and asked for bedding/pillow for the pull out a tooth and lotion....they told me they didn't have any toothbrushes, and they only brought me a pillow.... I then had to wait an hour and a half for a blanket and sheets... It was then after 12:30 before I could get my child to bed. Frustrating!!
