Great resort very clean and courteous service family atmosphere ,also fantastic food and drinks

The resort was clean and well laid out. We arrived prior to check in and were able to check our bags near the front desk of the hotel. The ****** is also clean and well laid out. Bottles of water are free, which is nice. We went to check in at 3 to be told our room wasn't ready and I would receive a text. We went to Bellagio for lunch. I ordered iced tea (which is clearly on the menu) and the staff told us they've never served iced tea. We waited for an hour and checked again and were told our room had been ready for some time. No text was ever received and no apology for our inconvenience was given. The hotel room is nice and clean, but the bathroom layout is strange. There are no towel bars to hang hand towels next to the sink. There is one towel bar on the shower door for bath towels. Also, the shower is 3 sides frosted glass but no shelf to put a razor or personal items. There is a strange, sheer curtain to close if someone is in the sink area which does absolutely nothing for the person sleeping in the bedroom. Our maid banged on the door and rang the doorbell a little before 9am to ask if we wanted our room cleaned. We were only staying 2 nights and didn't need service, but she kept looking over my shoulder at my husband who was in the frosted shower. On check out day, she was again at our door way before we were ready to check out (which is at 11). She loudly stated it was check out day and wanted to know when we were leaving. As check out is on the TV, she should be notified when we have checked out. All restaurants were good but very pricey. Staff we encountered in the ****** were the same unfriendly mask we met at the front desk. We are glad we went but we wouldn't go back.

The beds are great to sleep in, the customer service is amazing. Only thing that is slow is the valet parking. If you can just walk to the hotel. Great place to meet people and the ****** is so much fun. The ****** drinks are much better than the bar drinks just in case you want to know

- The staff was extremely friendly and helpful from the moment you exit your car until you enter your room. - I rate the accessible room a SIX. Having mobility issues, the low height bed and low height toilet made the stay very uncomfortable. For an accessible room, both bed and toilet should be a minimum of chair height level. The bathroom is narrow in width and not very large and barely accommodates a wheelchair with ease. Although the accessible room was advertised and verbally communicated that it was a roll-in shower, it really was not. The walk-in shower was very small and narrow with a drop down bench to sit on. - The room and bed linens were very clean and neatly decorated in modern furniture decor. The modern style couch was also very low sitting...not chair height. The only chair that was chair height was the desk chair. - Hotel management should really consider upgrading their toilets to chair height/handicap accessible and forgo the thinking that grab bars surrounding a low/standard meets the needs of folks who have mobility issues. And also increase the bed level to chair height by upgrading the base height or adding risers. If these two things had been available my review rate of the room would be an EIGHT and a TEN if the shower was actually a foot or two larger, but I'm doubt that will change. - Overall is was an above average stay, but not sure I would stay again until the deficiencies were addressed and resolved.

Checkin was fast and easy. I got upgraded based on my titanium for life status with no issues. Suite was clean. I would like for them to add some more chairs or a small sofa for additional seating. I wasn’t sure about using the mini bar as it said $50.00 to restock what was used on top of the purchase price.

Very clean and cozy. Lots of food options. Staff were great and attentive to any need. Night life was such a Great atmosphere and lots of fun. The event we attended was amazing and so beautiful. Loved how the event planners interacted with the guests. We will definitely be back.

PRICE IS RIGHT was incredibly disappointing and definitely a big slap in the face to the real game show. Misleading advertising to make it seem like Drew Carey would be hosting. The format of the show was nothing like the real game show , and the prizes were cheap. The showcase was also underwhelming. I won’t be returning—it was a total waste of time and money!
