This was the most disgusting room I’ve ever stayed in. I should have known better booking at a quality Inn, as I always have a bad experience, but this one is by far the worst. Mold everywhere, bugs, not clean at all! As soon as you walk in the room, your nose starts burning. We supposedly got an upgraded room With beach view lol we seen the beach across from the parking lot with a bunch of people partying. The fitted sheet was disgusting and I will never ever ever in my life. Stay at another quality Inn. Whoever gave this hotel good reviews must have been in rooms that were million times better than ours or they are staff just trying to make this hotel look better than what it actually is.

The crew were very helpful and nice, especially Joel and Nina. They went out of their way to accommodate us. Love the harbor area. The pool was not open which was disappointing. This is the second time we have stayed here and would stay here again.

Breakfast wasn’t ready or placed out or fully out after 6:47am. Breakfast time was from 6am - 9am. 1 out of 4 juices was only working. Nasty utensils & serving heaters. In the bathroom the shower curtain was old & rusty. Shower mat was nasty

The inspection certificate in the elevator was expired. The floor in the room was slippery everywhere. The toilet was inconsistent when flushed.

Our first room had only cold water and a really dirty bathroom floor. In our second room they only had two full beds left, and no king, and both beds had dirty linens. They had no bottom sheet seperating you from the duvet. Housekeepers got lazy. The room also had a broken tv, dirty floors, greasy counters, and pretty much everything was filthy and very dusty. We were exhausted from a long drive and just gave up and stayed. We will never stay here again. We are planning to request a full refund.

Had a very awesome stay. The rooms were great, staff went way above and beyond and were so friendly. Over all id give 10 stars if i could.
