Nunca en la vida escojan este hotel, el peor servicio que he recibido en mi vida. Manager agresivo, grosero, no ofrece soluciones, no quiso efectuar el checking y pretendían que pagara de nuevo por una estadía que ya se había pagado, eso sin mencionar que pase mucho tiempo discutiendo sin obtener solución y estaba muy enojada, agotada cosa que no es bueno para una mujer embarazada como yo, con lo cual por cierto no mostró el mínimo respeto y consideración. Lean muy bien las opiniones y escojan mejor. Cero estrellas para este sitio.

I would not recomend
The room smelled like someone died in it - we asked to be moved but were told by others & the desk clerk they all smelled that way & to turn AC on & it would get better. It did not by the 3rd day we were coughing constantly. Also the chairs at the pool were all broken so no where to sit.
