Everything about this hotel was great! We wished we had found it earlier so we could spend a few days rather than just the one night. The suite was lovely, large, quiet, and with everything we could want. The setting was good with areas to walk around, we have a dog and always look for green belts, trails or good places that are safe and clean. The bed was the best! The towels and hot water were great and the breakfast was appreciated. The staff made us all feel welcome and valued....pretty nice place to visit.

Amazing staff, very well upkeep and very clean. This locatin gives you a great first impression coming through the door with cleanliness and amazing staff greetings you and upholds that impression throughout your stay. This is the only place I like to stay when traveling to Ft St John.

Excellent hotel and very easy to find. Very spacious room, with lots of great amenities and super clean. Friendly and professional staff. Good breakfast, with a nice variety of choices, with an outstanding attendant. Lots of parking spaces.

I have stayed at this hotel many times. The staff is very friendly and accommodating. If you have any need, they are quick to supply it. The breakfast is very good. Any issues that I have had have been resolved and recompensed. We will continue to come to this hotel when we are in town.

During a recent evacuation due to the Fort Nelson Wildfires, we stayed at The Best Western in Fort St John. I cannot say enough good things about the compassion and care shown by the staff! They made me, during a very stressful time, feel welcome and at home! I will never forgot their kindness!

The two bedroom king rooms in this hotel are well configured and have excellent kitchen amenities. They would easily accommodate 6 people and offer privacy for each couple.

The front desk attendant was very helpful with changing my room type without question. Very efficient and friendly as I arrived late and made a room change. The breakfast was good - still warm when we arrived near the end. I like strong, hot coffee and would prefer it to be a little stronger but it was still good. There is an automatice coffee dispenser available to brew your preference, as well.

The room was very clean and the bed and linens were amazing! The lobby felt modern but inviting and the front desk staff were welcoming and knowledgeable. We really enjoy the Best Western brand and the rewards program.
