Best night sleep in forever and great staff. I must say this hotel and conference centre has friendly accommodating staff, great coffee, very comfortable bed and nice comfy pillows. Was super disappointed to find out the hot tub wasn't available as that was the reason for booking. Was put in an adjoining room where there was no tub and the other person in the joint room had a phone conference early in the am waking me up. Little heads up on the booking the room that the hot tub was out would have been great
