Red Roof Inn Fort Smith Downtown

This is the worst place ever. Front desk lady is VERY RUDE!!!! The housekeepers don’t clean or provide a clean environment or anything that is supposed to be provided. The lady at the front desk told me “f*** you” because we asked for clean towels. Also, she told me that my daughter and I couldnt stay there that she wanted us out for what reasons I don’t know and if we stayed there would be a charge. Highly recommend to spend your money else where. They all live at the motel and are the RUDEST PEOPLE there ever was.

I asked for non smoking room smelled like smoke, wash clothes were black, no password for internet, towels were black and stained. No coffee pot I would not recommend this place to anybody. Not rate as one star.

Very dirty room with full of stains on the sheets ,room smells like someone was smoking. I reported at front desk and the staff didn’t do nothing about it !! Very bad customer service from the Indian owner who just steal your money! I decided to leave and I reported also to change my room but they been pissed more than me ,Bcs I complained! Never ever stay here ,better pay more and stay clean hotel

Nicely appropriated, clean and comfortable room. Very comfortable bed. A bit of street noise and some from neighbors. Nice location in downtown. Close distance to Fort Smith National Historic Site.
