Apache Casino Hotel

The cleanliness, comfortable beds, and friendly staff were consistently praised by guests. However, no disadvantages were mentioned in the reviews.

Called ahead to inform them of a late evening check in, and asked about any other fees that would come when we got there. Was informed of a 100 dollar incidental over the phone and understood that that was going to be paid on arrival. Got to the hotel and checked in went well. No information about food or points of interest around the hotel/casino. Found a iPad docked next to the TV(broken). Called down to the desk was informed that the iPad was only for ordering from the steakhouse that was closed next to check in. Asked about other food. Was told a what a burger and jack in the box where it (considering it was 10:30pm). Lucky noticed a sonics across the street pulling in.(Was not mentioned by the person at the desk.) Also found out from a local that there is a grill that's open 24hrs in the ****** (never mentioned by staff). Also elevators where shaky at best, one was out of service the first night, then the other the second and third day. Also 5th floor ice machine did not work, and there is no vending machines just a dirty microwave in the vending area. Blankets where rougher then motel six. To top it off my bank alerted me to a $169.59 withdrawal from the hotel. When I asked them about it at check out I was informed they would have to talk to the manager when they got in. Called a few hours later while on my drive home was informed the manager was not coming in. Later got a call back and was informed it was an erroneous chard and would be returned.
