Our bathroom had dried blood on door, muddy handprints everywhere, dried urine around toilet. When I reported it to staff, they brought me cleaning products, gloves, and napkins.

IM late in writing my review but hope this helps anyways. BY NOW.. all the paving of the parking lot should be done. That was not good for anyone how the company doing the job did it. Closed off the whole front. Should be all GOOD NOW. Great employee at front desk. She was by herself and actually took the time to come up to my room to help me (4pm) with the button on the a/c as I couldnt budge it off freezing cold!!! LOL I actually asked her if she had a small hammer. you should have seen her eyes.. it was funny. IM in my late 60’s. She gave it her all — whole body strength and NOPE wouldnt budge. I told her it looked glued. A nice night light in the bathroom (thank you ) you might have to reset the emergency switch on it to work. Lights by the bed end sides to turn on and off. Pull out ottoman for desk chair? And also nice chair lounger. Can opener on the back of the entrance door. Nice double pull down curtains. VERY CLEAN.. would definitely come back here. Only bad part was the pool area I closed was SO BADLY like a sauna with pool chemicals. You can walk to Lowe’s and look around.. super easy not busy street to cross just a small quiet one. Area was away from hiway noise so not bad sleeping. I am a very light sleeper with noise.. I had no problem.

Checking in took forever, and I cannot believe the pet fee has gone up, when it’s just a night or two 75 is a lot. Looks like I won’t be going to the Hampton anymore. Disappointing.

This place was really amazing for our short stay. The lobby was clean and welcoming. All members of staff we spoke with here really nice and helpful. The bed was really comfy too. We will definitely stay here again next time we’re visiting family in Ft. Payne!

We arrived after midnight, yet the gentleman checking us in was friendly and efficient. The rooms and guest areas were clean. Predictably Hampton !!

I did not like the room I was assigned only because it was located next to the door leading outside. That door would slam shut each time it was opened which was opened up until about 02:30 a.m. which kept myself and my granddaughter awake all night. That's my only complaint.

Definitely Stay!
My stay was great. Ended up staying longer. Comfortable and clean. Relaxing.
I stayed here once before a long time ago and it was the worst. It’s under a new owner now and definitely up to the Hilton standard
