Not our first stay. Everything was great, but the breakfast was a disappointment. We would stay again!

Everything was good, except that the front desk was facing a machine for remote processing. For people with poor English, communication was a bit difficult. Fortunately, the other party used translation software and could understand each other's meanings.

I stayed at this hotel for one night. I was assigned room 334. My nightly rate with all taxes was $123.46. Service - Besim assisted me during the check-in process. Great first impression. He was welcoming, friendly, and helpful. I checked-in on the app and requested a digital key the night before. The day of, it made me go to the front desk first. Annoying, but not his fault. Room - Typical Hampton Inn room, which for me is great. Super comfortable bed. Great working AC wall unit. Desk with comfortable chair. Great working mini refrigerator. Microwave. Adequate lighting and conveniently placed electrical outlets. Window curtains that closed all the way not allowing light in, so great if trying to sleep in. The bathroom was large with ample space for your toiletries. Tub with shower curtain. Hotel Information - The hotel has 92 rooms and 3 floors. Elevator is down the hallway from the front desk. Typical complimentary Hampton Inn breakfast. Outdoor pool. Convenient parking lot. Hotel Location - Convenient location between Fort Myers and Naples. There is a Publix Supermarket directly across the street. Definitely recommend!

We were here for a much needed vacation. I will grant that we were able to relax as there was nothing to do at the resort. Everything was a LONG drive away. What made me give this hotel only one star was numerous things…1. No shampoo in the shower only conditioner and when I went to call the front desk…2. Out of 3 phones in our room, not one of them worked. 3. The washer was so loud we couldn’t even hear the TV. 4. Even on the lowest setting the dryer burned my clothes and they shrunk to nothing. 5. On top of paying for the room for the WHOLE week, we had to pay $127 for parking (would have been more, but we checked out a day early) and $294 for amenities. What? Everything that was included in the amenities was what every other hotel/resort has. There was nothing special about the amenities…a pool, and a gym, although, there was a dolphin cruise, but we didn’t go. This vacation became a money pit (we also had to pay tolls whenever we drove an hour to get to the beach). What made it so bad was when we checked out, we paid the $127 for parking and that was all that was on our bill. It wasn’t until we got home a couple of days later that I found the $294 charge on my credit card, which seems dishonest to charge it after we left. We didn’t even realize there was an amenity fee, as we were never even told about it at check in. If we had have known about an extra $421 on TOP of what it cost to stay here, we NEVER would have stayed. If you are going to charge those fees, just include it in the price of the room.

Love everything about this Resort but have to single out the staff. From check-in with Diane, to vehicle/luggage assistance from James, James, Dave and NELSON (!), to Sam and the best filet/service ever at Courtside Restaurant and to Chris for the great poolside conversation and delicious food choices. I know I’ve left out a few but everyone at the front desk was helpful and friendly. The resort is recovering from Ian and the staff did everything possible to provide a great stay.

It’s a beautiful hotel and seems to be pretty new. One point disappointed was about the pillow case and blankets. Some of them had stains and also have some discreet holes. The breakfast was very good, although there are still a lot of employees standing around watching people eat, and they can't wait for you to finish to collect the plate. Lastly, I would like to point out that the queen beds they claim to have were smaller than the standard size, and it was inconvenient to sleep with another person. I stayed in a ground floor room and asked to change to a room with bigger beds, but they said they were all the same (and they weren't queen size)

It was beyond words amazing! Jesus at the front desk, Isaiah at Sandollar! The Tiki bar and pool right on the beach, the spotless rooms! I can’t say enough! Our family has been coming to Sanibel for 60+ years and this is by far the best! This was our first time staying here and we already booked our Thanksgiving week here the day we got home. We honestly don’t know where the negative reviews come from, but there’s negative people everywhere, sadly. It was so relaxing and gorgeous and everyone was so genuinely friendly. The beds are the most comfortable beds ever ever ever. My only thing negative is that I didnt care for the people next to us setting up their beach chairs in the walkway and smoking and also these people taking the Sandollars out of the ocean and hiding them in their bags, going back for more. Please put up signage that it is illegal to take these babies out of their ocean!

Front desk and staff were very pleasant and helpful! Veronica and Emily helped me check in really late at night and provided me very detailed information about hotel’s restaurants and amenities! Hot tub was on and hot late at night, it was so very relaxing! At the restaurant Andrea, Adam and the beautiful gelato server lady made our evening tasteful, pleasant and delightful! On the last day Nikki helped us checkout, fast and easy ! Stayed a little longer after check out because the hotel is just stunning, really enjoyed our time there! The room was beautiful and spacious too, the beach walk is a bit dark but a flashlight can easily fix that !

As a travel nurse being away from home is hard! I decided to treat myself and stay somewhere nice...this was definitely worth the money! After working all night at the local hospital it was GREAT to come back to the hotel, change and then go have breakfast on the patio overlooking the bay💞💞 I will be staying here while travel nursing!
