Guestrooms include mini refrigerator, coffee maker, hairdryer, iron and ironing board. The bedroom/living areas are separated by a half wall to offer semi-privacy. The 42 inch Flat Panel HDTV is in the center of the room for viewing capability from the Cozy Corner or Hyatt Grand Bed area and complimentary Wi-Fi. Free breakfast for all guests. Our breakfast includes premium ingredients, cage-free eggs, and regional chef-inspired dishes. We are centrally located right off I-75 in the Forum Business Park, just minutes from the Southwest Florida International Airport, Historic Downtown, Fort Myers Beach and the shopping district. Hyatt Place will allow up to 2 housebroken household pets -defined as a dog- per room. The hotel will charge a Non Refundable fee of 150 USD for the 1st pet and an additional 50 USD fee for the 2nd pet in the room. Pets cannot exceed 50 lbs each. Service Animals are exempt from fees.

The facilities are relatively old, but the hygiene is OK. The transportation is very convenient, just off the highway.

The hotel was in decent shape for it's age, our room was clean and comfortable as we would expect. However, the lobby, hallways, elevators, and all common areas had no air conditioning. Apparently,it has been out for more than 8 months. This is unacceptable, and not what I would expect from a Hyatt property.

The condition of the hotel was mediocre. Fabrics on the sitting furniture were worn out and stained both in the lobby and the room. The breakfast was good. The cleanliness of the room was doubtful. This would be good for a quick overnite stay. I strongly suggested they renovate this hotel. The location is very good with restaurants and shops close by. My stay was just overnite, had a funeral to go to the next day.

This hotel was the worst of the Hyatt brand I have stayed in ! From I entered the lobby I could’ve tell the difference. The rooms had a smell , the sheets were dirty, house keeping did a horrible job , the ac was dirty . The staff other than the lady at the front desk was very rude and unresponsive. Overall my experience was horrible !

DO NOT STAY HERE. THEY ARE ROACH INFESTED. I'M STILL WAITING FOR MY REFUND OR A COPY OF A REFUND RECEIPT AND HAVE NOT RECEIVED IT. BOOKED A ROOM. UPON ENTERING, IMMEDIATELY SPOTTED ROACHES (BROAD DAYLIGHT) IN THE BATHROOM AREA GOING BEHIND THE MIRROR. IMMEDIATELY ASKED FOR ANOTHER ROOM. THEY GAVE ME A ROOM ON A DIFFERENT FLOOR AND NOT RIGHT ABOVE THE ROOM WITH ROACHES. I ENTERED 2ND ROOM AND IMMEDIATELY SAW BIGGER ROACHES. AT THIS POINT, SIGN OF INFESTATION

The room felt outdated and wasn’t as clean as we hoped. We noticed stains on the bed and carpet and a musty smell upon entering. Asked to change rooms and second room wasn’t much better. The staff, while not rude, didn’t seem very engaged or helpful. Pool was full of bugs. The only positive thing I can say is the coffee & daily breakfast was convenient and good

Nosso quarto estava sujo e com o chão grudando, nós 03 dias que nós hospedamos somente um dia colocaram toalhas secas e mesmo assim não retiraram as sujas. A moça da recepção que fica na manhã é muito mau educada! Te atende como tivesse fazendo um favor. Pior check out que já vi alguém fazendo
