Very rude attendant, the room was supposed to be non smoking & smelled like cigarettes. The door would jam constantly trying to open it. The room had black mold. Terrible experience

First thing the lady at the desk was perfect check them in to my room right on time may try and everything I wanted secondly the step is always there to make sure everything is okay they're in the parking lot throughout the front desk they're around the pool always there to make sure everything is going exactly
