Watch the dolphins and enjoy romantic sunsets over San Carlos Bay from this 5th floor South/West corner condo and spacious L-shaped wrap around lanai/terrace Our condo suffered no damage from Hurricane Ian. POOL & HOT TUB ARE OPEN for our guests enjoyment! Guests also have access to our private beach, which was fully restored with new fresh sand, where they will find plenty of sunloungers. A private beach, pool and spa hot tub, within footsteps of the building lobby, are for the exclusive use of condo owners and rental guests (no additional fees). Sunloungers, tiki hut umbrellas and palm trees stretch along the beach and are positioned poolside. Family barbecue area to rear of the property. Located next to the Marriott Resort and Spa. Access to the hotel facilities (i.e., additional pools, tennis, gym ...) is possible for an additional fee via a Guest Pass (subject to availability). Highly rated, Full service Spa at Sanibel Harbour, a short walk away on the Resort grounds, is open to the public. Good selection of restaurants are also within walking distance on the Resort grounds. A walking/jogging trail winds through the lush, tropical setting of these well maintained resort grounds. The next door marina offers boat and other watercraft/ kayak /paddle board/wave-runner rentals. The fishing pier is ideal for casting a line or for just a stroll. A luxury dinner/brunch yacht cruise is available on site - advance reservation is highly suggested Spectular views from within this South/west corner condo and the enclosed lanai terrace. This two-bedroom, two bathroom condo is presented beautifully with a full fitted and equipped kitchen, a dining area and a lovely presented living room with water view. Condo renovation completed including all essential equipment newly installed (i.e., new a/c unit, hot water heater...) and the condo is managed and maintained by an onsite management company to ensure a hassle-free stay. The unit contains all the amenities of a home including high speed wireless access (no charge) and cable tv in all rooms. The renovated, fully equipped kitchen includes new cabinets, stove cooker/oven, microwave oven, large refrigerator with water/ice dispenser, dishwasher, washing machine & dryer. Kitchen is well equipped for family cooking. Keurig coffee machine and an electric filter coffee maker are provided. Large granite countertop provides plenty of working space and faces into the open space dining and living area. The kitchen leads to the dining area separated by a bar height counter with swivel stools perfect for morning breakfast or evening entertaining. The dining area and living area are set out so to enjoy the breathtaking water and beach views from many angles. The glass dining table comfortably seats six - all newly installed in 2024. The living room sofa (queensize sleeper sofa) and love seat are well positioned for tv viewing and taking in the water views. A comfortable chair sits off in the far corner for a quiet reading. For a bit of dedicated working space, there is a desk that can easily be positioned in this quiet corner or one of the bedrooms (as a guest may prefer) The master bedroom (with king size bed - new mattress installed in 2021) has sliding glass doors which leads to the front lanai terrace. Bedroom has wall-mounted flat screen tv. En-suite bathroom with spacious walk-in shower and plenty of closet and draw space makes for a comfortable stay. The second bedroom has a 2 twin beds (new beds & mattresses installed in 2020) television and large closet. The second bathroom includes a full bathtub/shower, large counter and sink and plenty of storage space. This unit sleeps 6 as the living room sofa pulls out to a queen size bed. New living room furniture including new sleeper sofa were installed in 2021. On- site management team oversee this property. This is a non-smoking unit and pets are not allowed per condominium rules. Additional units (1 bedroom, 2 bedroom condo and 3 bedroom condo) available in same building through owner.
