Great Stay

The property overall was decent, but the room that I was given, had no sheets on the bed so they had to switch me into a different room. There was a terrible smell in both rooms. There was hair all over the sink and all over the floors, elevators smelled terrible and were dirty.

Good extended stay property

Friendly staff, clean rooms and in close proximity to everything you need in regards to restaurants and retail stores.

worst stay ever. first off individuals use this place as a permanent residence and by individuals I mean those of lower socioeconomic status. They also have children here that do not go to school not sure how they get away with that. I feel bad for the kids they are stuck here and its shady. Don't be fooled by the new and updated look of this place. the halls and the elevators smell like **** most of the night time. You will hear people's babies crying at all hours my neighbors baby would scream all day and night. There's families and people with babies on every floor so there's no getting away from it. Also would hear people hanging out in the halls at crazy hours. I was staying for business and would not recommend. I thought this was a professional place used for business purposes/travel that was not the case. One morning upon leaving for work there was an Ambulance truck taking someone away. Another day one of their classy clientele pulled the fire alarm. The manager was unprofessional speaking down to me didn't not introduce herself or apologize, when I was complaining about another guest and there was another guest also at that time complaining about another guest... this is a patten. It was almost like the manager was defending the noisy guest. I understand you can't make people be quiet but most establishments have quiet hours such as 10pm-10am. Initially I wanted to cancel my reservation but they weren't going to do that they will lie and say since it was booked by third party it cant be done but ultimately it's them who can and wont do it. They did try to accomodate me to another room which was helpful but I would have if i knew better just stayed at any of the other motels facing hwy 41 nearby, if I could redo the whole thing. like I mentioned there's families on every floor so switching rooms didn't help too much. The housekeeping just takes trash out of the room and replaces towels no vacuuming/sweep or bed making. Maybe you don't care about these issues because it's a good rate and that's fine but for someone who wants a quiet and comforting stay this isn't the place.
