We requested a quiet room and got exactly that. The view was over a near rooftop, but we were there to sleep, not watch clouds! Hotel was generally in reasonable condition although the counter in our bathroom had a burn through from something a while back. Wallpaper is beginning to let go near the baseboards. Breakfast was as advertised with good variety and reasonable coffee and juices. Parking access was a bit less than you would want if you were in a larger vehicle, but good for cars and standard vans.
