I live this hotel 4nights,have very bad experience in the hotel, second day I order breakfast, a girl who seems do not like to service me, I did not know how I make her so unhappy since we never met before. Third day same, but the last morning is terrible, she did not serve me, the cooker has to come to me say hello then help me.
Check out is same. See their receipt, no hotel name and brand, is this really best hotel in Hilton?!

Fantastic stay in Fort Lauderdale! We booked a junior suite and it did not disappoint. It was spacious with both partial intercoastal and ocean views. The service from the front desk to the pool to the pool bar were all impeccable. Everyone was so friendly and eager to assist. Already planning a return trip here.

This was my first time staying at the Conrad at Fort Lauderdale beach. I was there for pleasure, attending a beach part over the weekend. I was traveling solo and typically I choose to stay at one of the local boutique resorts inland towards Wilton Manors or downtown Fort Lauderdale. But I'm glad I chose this place this time, here are the highlights: Pros: - Rooms are suites and very spacious. While I had a junior suite with partial ocean view, the view of the ocean was still satisfying from its angle. And the balcony just over the pool added to the nice scenery. - Large spacious balconies add to a nice day when you can sit out, have a drink and relax. - All in-room and out of room amenities were first rate: the gym, the pool, the bars and the restaurants. - Towel and bar service at the pool was a nice have. Love the music at the pool and in the lobby areas which added to the liveliness of the experience. - My favorite thing with hotels - the ones that have the selectors for "privacy" and "service" as button/lights to identify by staff outside the door. - The shower, tub, and bathroom were all spacious and clean on arrival and maintained by housekeeping. Cons: - It is a bit of a walk from the hotel to the nearest liquor / food store if you'd like to grab your own snack and drinks. It was about a half mile north of the hotel, not bad, just can be a tad long when its hot out. - The gym area did run out of towels while there. But requested via the app for replenishment and it was done quickly. - Pool seems to close earlier than most hotels. It looks like it closed around 8p in the evening. The pool area can get crowded during the daytime, so it is recommended to arrive early.

We recently stayed two nights at the Conrad Fort Lauderdale, and it was easily one of the highlights of our 20-night trip across the USA. The level of service here stood out as the best we experienced anywhere on our journey. From the moment we arrived, the front desk staff were warm and welcoming—special shoutout to the front desk agent who went above and beyond to assist us. Housekeeping was impeccable, maintaining everything to the highest standards, and valet service was smooth and efficient. The overall attitude of the staff was consistently courteous, professional, and friendly. A special thank you to Tanya, Director of Rooms, for her exceptional attention to detail and care—it truly made a difference. One of the absolute highlights of our stay was dining at Takato. The food here is on an international level—everything we tried was phenomenal, especially the Duck Bao (a must-try!). The service was equally impressive: warm, attentive, and professional. I apologize, I forgot the name of gentlemen, who was fantastic. And Sam was especially kind and made sure we had an unforgettable experience. Every touchpoint during our stay reflected true hospitality. We left feeling refreshed, cared for, and already looking forward to our return—especially for another meal (or three) at Takato! Highly recommend this property to anyone visiting Fort Lauderdale.

Having last visited this resort in 2019 (Stayed in a 2 bedroom oceanfront residence) this was a nice return to a great property. The 1 bedroom oceanfront residence is just as stellar, w/ the same balcony and outside area as the 2 bedroom. Being 2025, it did not disappoint. I have not a single thing negative to say here, and my only recommendation for an improvement would be to replace the pillows they're flatter than a paper plate when in use. Check-In was able to provide my room far earlier than the 4pm time, roughly around 1pm. The Tatoki restaurant was amazing both for breakfast or lunch. The beach service was excellent for the minimal time I was able to enjoy it. The property in my view was pristine and still appeared new in the residence.

I’m writing this review even before staying here. This is based off my two interactions. They canceled my room without my permission and acted as if it wasn’t a big deal or didn’t try to do anything to fix it or make it right. Front desk agent & the gentleman supervisor both didn’t give two rats a**! I called them and they said AMEX told them to yet no one called to confirm with me. Now I have to wait 5 days to be refunded and still no where to stay for my meeting Monday. When you make a mistake, you do what needs to be done to make it right. And they could care less. I’m so mad
