Check-in was quick, but unfortunately, the front desk clerk seemed visibly annoyed and uninterested. She asked for my ID and credit card, acknowledged my Gold Member status with a brief thank you, and mentioned the $200 hold on the card. While she did offer water and chips, her demeanor was cold and far from welcoming. Once in the room, we discovered the safe wasn’t working. On our way out for a late lunch, we notified the front desk and were told it would be taken care of. Several hours later, we returned, and the safe still hadn’t been fixed. I called again and was told someone would come up—but no one ever did. The in-room note stated that housekeeping would service the room every other day. Since we checked in on Thursday, we expected service on Saturday. After being out all day, we returned to find the room untouched. Again, we went to the front desk—this time to request fresh towels and to report the still-broken safe (again). Eventually, someone came to fix the safe, and we were given towels, but no one could explain why housekeeping never came. Between the unwelcoming check-in experience, the repeated maintenance issue, and the missed housekeeping, I would suggest spending your money elsewhere. This stay fell short of expectations in multiple ways.

There was a staff member who was very rude to us on multiple occasions. Also, there was a pile of dust on my pillow when we first checked in.
