Ocean Mile Hotel

When my family arrived, the smell of mold was very strong and nauseating. The rooms were absolutely filthy as well. We requested a refund and the man at the desk said Yes. So we left immediately. A few days later they refused to honor the refund. I went back to speak with the manager. I was met with a different man at the front desk who refused to call the manager so I could speak with him. He told me the Manager pops in and out, so I said I would wait. He kept telling me I needed to provide photos of the fumes!! And then he kept telling me that the guy working when we checked in was a "dumb college kid and didn't know what he was talking about". I said "he's still your employee and he said we would get a refund". As I sat down to wait for the manager, this employee became irate and stormed out from behind the desk and used his physicality to intimidate me. He forced me out of the office by stepping up on me, forcing me backwards. He came within inches of my body. I called the police and immediately filed a report. This place is not safe!

NO RUNNING WATER IN Room and no one on site. The bugs. A lot of them. Fine. The fire hazard electrical. Sure. But no running water?! And they make you pay $40 cash for their room key and there is no way to get it back until your scheduled check out date. Even with those conditions.
