The Ritz-Carlton, Fort Lauderdale

Very overpriced hotel for the service . They add on so many extra fees without you being aware. The bill you receive when you check out is very different than what you have been charged so many hidden fees. They only have one restaurant bar and and pool grill. The staff is very bratty they look at their tips 10$ tip is not good enough for them when you valet your car ..

My wife and I spent our anniversary vacation at this hotel for the second time. Excellent location on Fort Lauderdale Beach. The staff is excellent, especially when you’re lounging at the pool near the cafe having drinks and taking it easy. I’d like to especially thank Reuben, Leslie, and Jimmy for making our trip even more enjoyable. Thank you!

We had the most enjoyable six night stay at the Ritz Carlton Ft. Lauderdale, from check in to check out. We were greeted upon arrival with friendly service and faces! We met Reuben and Jimmy at the pool and received stellar service from them throughout our stay. They saved seats for us in a prime location throughout the week, always served us with a smile, and ensured we were happy and comfortable. Christina was also a great waitress- checking in on us consistently and making sure we had everything we needed. They were all personable, funny, and genuine. Every visit to the Club Lounge was a treat! We were greeted and served by Will, Alvaro, Florence, Eric, and Chris. We were offered mimosas and various mixed drinks, travel advice, and friendly conversation. Eric made one of our nights in the Club Lounge special by making his signature Divine Layered Espresso Martini. WOW, what a treat! It was fabulous to say the least. He even typed up his recipe for us, printed it out, and put them in Ritz Carlton envelopes for us to take home. He embodies the slogan of “The answer is always….YES!” We have been guests of this Ritz Carlton location for the past three summers and experience high quality customer service each time. The service is always so amazing! The front desk ladies are so sweet. All the attendants at the pool and the beach are very kind and friendly, especially Jordyn and Ryan! Love coming here!

Huge shoutout to Jordyn at Fort Lauderdale Beach near the Ritz-Carlton! He was incredibly helpful, kind, and went above and beyond to make sure guests were taken care of. Watching him work in the intense Florida heat with such a positive attitude and professionalism was seriously impressive. It’s not easy to stay cool under the sun, but Jordyn made it look effortless. Exceptional service like his truly makes the beach experience even better—thank you, Jordyn!
