Courtyard Fort Collins

The location is great. Close to the downtown. Trinity the bartender is awesome! She was so friendly. Made my time at the hotel. Thanks Trinity!

Excellent service from Trinity!!! We had a great time flying in from Texas and loved the fireplace. Friendly staff and nice lounge.

My first impression was that the hotel was kind of small and not as grandiose as some Marriott Hotels. The front desk is small and simplistic with only two check in desks. The check in process was very quick and easy, the staff was friendly and helpful. The front lobby is a little quaint but separated into various areas for lounging, working and people watching. A nice looking bar/lounge but we never got to use it since it didn't open until 5pm; that was on a Thursday. I was surprised that housekeeping was still cleaining when we checked in; that was around 4pm; reason being, you don't have to check out until 12 noon. That is a PLUS! Every place in the hotel was very neat and clean. We didn't have an opportunity to check out the pool or the courtyard but I would imagine they were in good condition. The king room was nothing extraordinary but it was IMMACULATE! The rooms also came with plenty of outlets for electronics and lots of LIGHT so you can see. The shower was heavenly with great water pressure and nice towels. The bed was comfortable as were the pillows. We had a sliding door to the courtyard but didn't have time to use it. The Marketplace had a really nice selection of pay as you go foodstuffs...yes, I splurged on ice cream! Everyone on staff was helpful. I had to return to the front desk at one point; no one was present, but there was a lady from housekeeping. She smiled at me, disappeared for a minute then returned and told me that someone would be right with me. Well you can't ask for more than that. Another member of the housekeeping staff was kind enough to take the time to help us figure out places to eat for dinner. So....the 999 question is would we return????? ABSOLUTELY YES! Nice, quiet, clean, nothing fancy but all of the basics are taken care of and a great staff.

The service we received by the staff (Connor and the others at the front desk) was outstanding. They accommodated our request for a late checkout even though the hotel was extremely busy. We look forward to our next visit at this Courtyard.

She was every kind and hospitable. I am coming for my orientation and she told me all about the school and was making it a comfortable and exiting experience!

The place was a long needed break ever was Dawn the Bartender was exceptional with her phrase CHEERS! I will be back to court yard by Marriott in 2025. In fact the place is more than what I expected. I joined the membership program today and look forward to coming back soon.
