Hilton Fort Collins

Clean, convenient location, and good breakfast buffet.

We booked Hilton Fort Collins for Father’s Day weekend and paid extra for executive lounge access. Unfortunately, the experience was frustrating from the very start. The information from the website, staff, and chat/text support was completely inconsistent. We requested extra pillows and microwave access for our toddler ahead of time and were told it would be no problem—only to be denied both at check-in. We were told to use the lobby microwave (we were on the 9th floor). The executive lounge we paid for wasn’t even open on Saturday, despite being told refreshments would be available at all times. Breakfast was also confusing. At check-in, we were told it was on the main floor, only to go down and be told it was actually on the 9th floor, with no clear service time provided. By the time we figured it out, there were only 20 minutes left. Room keys kept deactivating, and we had to get them reset multiple times, wasting more time riding the elevators than relaxing. To top it off, they charge for parking in a low traffic area. This stay didn’t feel like the Hilton experience we expected. What was once a trusted name now feels like it’s gone downhill. The service, amenities, and overall experience fell far below the standards of a 4-star hotel. Definitely not worth the price or reputation.

Good location

Everyone was so nice and the rooms were really clean. The bed was very comfortable and the bathtubs are enormous. I loved it so much
