Glass Beach Inn

This is by far one of the best Bed and Breakfasts that we have ever stayed at. The owners Rich and Nancy are great hosts. The place is well kept up. The mornings are great with a well cooked fresh breakfast, usually 2 choices to chose from. I would and do highly recommend you stay here on your next trip to Fort Bragg. They usually are busy so make a reservation. You will not regret the stay and like me you will be recommending it your friends and family. Enjoy

This was a last minute find for us at the end of August. We only stayed one night but would definitely come back if we could again. Nice size clean room with bath, friendly proprietors, excellent breakfast. Try it, you will like it.

Stayed one night. Room was old but clean. It was a less than 10 minute walk to Glass Beach. The best part was the delicious breakfast that was served the next morning. I would definitely return to this inn.

Glass Beach Inn was wonderful! Very clean, warm and friendly! Breakfast served and cooked by our hosts was delicious! Richard and Nancy were great hosts. Definitely would stay again and recommend to anyone visiting the area.

I had read a few reviews complaining of the outdatedness, but Nancy and Richard, the innkeepers, made up for this with their wonderful hospitality. The affordability and huge breakfast were just bonus points in my opinion. If you want plush ammenities and a room that looks like a shabby chic catalog picture, you should go somewhere else. But I came with my two girls age 7 and 4 for a one night stay from the bay area just to do a photography project on Glass Beach. I had called another B&B and was rudely and bruntly told that they didn’t allow kids under 10. I don't have a problem with policy, but you don't have to be rude about it. My next call was The Glass Beach Inn, where Nancy answered where she was kind and cheerful from the second she answered. She even gave me tips of other places to take the kids. (hint: Nancy and Richard have been the owners for 28 years! And they had great recommendations for places to see and eat!) We came in late and there were fresh baked cookies waiting! Breakfast was great! Oh and the coffee was GOOOOOD! No complaints. No regrets.

My family and I absolutely love this b & b! Nancy and Rich are wonderful people. We have been visiting them for 3 years now, with at least a dozen differnent visits. We always stay in "Grandma's attic." It is spacious and cozy, with plenty of room for the whole family. Nancy and Rich are like family and we look foreward to visiting with them. You will not be disappointed with the rooms, the food, or the service.
