The only real positive was the convenient location right off of I-75. Unfortunately, the rest of the experience left a lot to be desired. The hotel room felt sketchy, none of the ice machines were working, and the coffee—served in an extra small cup—was cold. The bagels tasted stale, and to top it off, no one was at the front desk during checkout. Another employee told me to just leave the keys on the counter, which felt uncertain and unprofessional. The overall atmosphere felt dirty and uncomfortable, especially knowing it was connected to a sister motel next door that looked even more rundown. There were also quite a few homeless individuals hanging around the area, which added to the uneasy vibe.

Not up to par Light was out in bathroom. Only had half roll of toilet paper when we came in. No replacements. Room sleeps 6 and there were 3 towels. Comforter had rips in it. On the wall next to the fake window, there was gross stuff on the wall that was not cleaned off.

We were greeted and checked in by a nice older man. That is where the positive experience ended. The room we stayed in was unkept. The blanket on the bed had big holes in it, the bathroom sink was sluggish and didn’t drain well. There was mold in the bathroom and the walls had been repaired with plaster but not painted. When we went to breakfast there was nothing but milk to drink. The lady in charge said they were out of orange juice. She was not a pleasant lady.

Not clean Room was not clean one towel had blood on it another towel had some other stain, dirt in the corner of the room mouse feces in corners. toilet leaked. Overall hotel was not well maintained

Beds were comfortable. Room was clean and breakfast was good. Room’s sink was broken, which the nice man at the desk told me about at check in, and the rooms need updating. Worked for the night but wouldn’t stay again.

It was not very clean. We even found a note from a previous guest that said "clean your nasty *** hotel" that housekeeping had obviously not found. There was very little toilet paper in both the room and in the bathroom by the pool. The hot tub didnt work and they said they didnt have enough towels to put any in the pool area.

The ppace olis affordable but I think ill pay a little.more next time for a better stay. They have a pool and a gym which is great. But the room itself was a bit run down. Damages om walls, a corner was damages also, and the bathroom wasn't swept. When I arrived at 11:30 Pam the front desk lady must have been having a bad day because she has a very bad attitude. Not even my friendly small talk could lighten her mood up. It was very unwelcoming. The computer was messing up but I obviously had more patience to deal with that than she did. But the morning staff was very nice including the lunch lady.
