When I booked the room, I was not told it was under construction/ remodeling. The room itself was okay. The beds were not that comfortable.
The breakfast was fair, watery eggs.
It did not smell fresh & clean in the hotel. Parking was limited due to equipment/materials in the parking lot. Management staff were walking around smoking outside.
Pool was not working and not notified until checking in.
Staff were friendly enough but this room was not the typical standard for a Fairfield Inn and certainly not worth the money.

Yikes! This hotel is very dated and dirty. It is way past due for a Reno action which apparently is coming. This does not meet Marriott standards. What was bad for me was a bad smell everywhere. It smelled like people were smoking in the hotel. Another negative was that I was not alone in my room. I was in room 213 and ladybugs/ brown bugs were everywhere. Even if you have an upcoming renovation you should still address the bug problem. This was horrible!

Undergoing renovations, total disarray, dumpsters and trailers parked in parking lot. Entrance looks bad, no microwave or fridge in room. Outdated bathrooms. Just a total mess, should've closed the hotel until renovations were completed.

There was mentions of renovations going on. There was no hot tub. My room didnt habe a mini fridge. Staff was nice room was good minus no fridge. Would have stayed some where else had I known.

LIKE - price was the best in the area for a decent hotel. Local college graduation drove up prices. I liked the pick- up and carry out options at breakfast (pop-tarts, packaged Danish etc.) Bed was comfortable
Needs work - bathroom needs an upgrade. Curtains seem a bit aged.
