Struttura nuova e veramente bella….camere confortevoli spaziose e molto pulite…letto comodo…. …bagno ampio con ottima doccia e completo di accessori….molto disponibili anche per quanto riguarda la colazione…proprietari gentilissimi e molto simpatici…consiglio vivamente!!

Luogo del cuore, secondo soggiorno nell’arco di un anno. Veramente una struttura curatissima in ogni suo dettaglio, l’ospitalità di Maura e di suo marito sono impagabili e aumentano il legame che si crea tra cliente e gestore. La camera ha un atmosfera molto intima e calda, perfettamente insonorizzata, ed insieme al letto comodissimo permette un relax assoluto. Il bagno è una chicca per i suoi colori ed elevata qualità in ogni suo componente. Consigliatissimo.

B&B bellissimo! In un posto molto tranquillo ma comodo per raggiungere Modena e dintorni. Padroni di casa super gentili e disponibili anche per darci dei suggerimenti sui luoghi da visitare.Siamo stati davvero bene. B&B consigliatissimo!

We spent 2 nights there in July . Amazing and very relaxing place to stay. Quiet, clean room with garden , top rated breakfast well connected with airport and modena . Location very close to Maranello The landlord are really nice and pleasant Really suggest this place

I stayed here from 07.04.2024 until 19.04.2024 for work. The location was great for me because it was only 3 minutes walk to my workplace. The house is well kept and the rooms smell nice and are super tidy. Luciano is the most attentive, caring and fun loving host ever. He made sure I was very comfortable and constantly asked if I need anything. He showed me around, recommended me great restaurants and places to visit. The breakfast was delicious with so many varieties. Totally worth it and I will gladly come here again, highly recommended!

One cuddle after another. Maura...a fantastic person who, together with her husband Luciano, have combined their search for good taste both in the environments and in the choice of true traditional flavours. Beautiful place within walking distance of everything, very clean. Everything is great..When you return home you will have a friendship in your heart ❤️. Impeccable breakfast. If I return to Modena I have no doubts about where to go. Thanks Maura and thanks Luciano

Excellent location Fabulous for the family, the owners Super you feel right at home, every time we need a bit of relaxation we go to this wonderful corner of nature, the rooms are really beautiful and the meals that Mrs. Maura prepares for you are nothing to be envied by a starred restaurant, I highly recommend it.
