Desilusión de hotel!! Después de escoger un hotel de supuestamente 4 estrellas, nos encontramos con: - limpieza escasa. - trato del personal deja mucho q desear(excepto los de recepción). - reposición de comida, agua, vasos en el bufet inexistente. Además por la poca limpieza, en la cama había alguna especie de insecto que picó a mi hijo una 40 picaduras(esa noche nos cambiaron la habitación lo cual estuvo muy bien) , pero como pasamos muy mala noche por las picaduras , decidimos marcharnos y no hacer otra noche q también teníamos pagada. Es una vergüenza!! No se han querido hacer cargo de la noche que no pasamos allí y ya teníamos pagada!! Nos han fastidiado las vacaciones y nos han hecho hacer un montón de papaleo y NO SE HACEN CARGO!! Para hacerse cargo necesitamos un informe médico así q si tenéis la mals suerte de pasar por dicho hotel y tenéis algún problema de esta índole.. recordad de ir al médico para poder presentar informe!!! PD: nosotros no fuimos al médico porque yo en mi botiquín de viaje llevo antiestamínico y es lo que le di a mi hijo para soportar aquella mala noche

Estuvimos hospedados del 17 al 22 de Agosto en habitación 502, Nos recibió en recepción Maria, agradecer su buenísima atención y predisposición en ayudarnos en todo y hacernos la estancia un poco más agradable, así como a Pablo recepción de tarde muy buena atención y simpatía Gracias, también hablamos con Pablo de recepción de mañana, el Hotel está bien un pelin antiguo, habitación grande y confortable gran aseo y buen balcón con vistas a la montaña, buen desayuno buffet y muy variado, lastima que en cafetería no puedo decir lo mismo llegamos a cenar el primer día y nos dijeron que ese día no había servicio de cena, lo cual no lo ponía en ningún sitio, faltaba personal en esta zona de cafetería, también pedimos juegos de mesa y nos dijeron que no tenían nada, aún así las cosas positivas hacen que volvería a este hotel sin ludar a dudas.

Las habitaciones no tenían aire acondicionado en verano,la comida era pobre y de mala calidad. Las habitaciones tenían mobiliario roto. Las cortinas de de mi cuarto estaban rotas y te daba luz por la noche y por la mañana. reclame la situación y no se pudo arreglar. adjunto fotos de la cortina . Ya luego no tenían WiFi el primer día.

A este hotel le sobran dos de sus cuatro estrellas, como poco. En tres días de estancia hemos sido testigos de innumerables fallos. Sobre todos ellos querría destacar la ausencia de limpieza acompañada de mal trato. Uno de los días no nos hicieron la habitación por que “se les olvidó “. Cuando solicitamos que lo hicieran (a las 16h), nos dijeron, de malas maneras, que no había nadie de limpieza en el hotel a esas horas. Por no hablar del polvo que tenía la habitación, del sinfín de lamparones de la moqueta de los pasillos, de la suciedad en las escaleras, etc.

La habitación muy muy justa, tiene un termostato que no funcionaba ni para calor ni frío. Tampoco había teléfono en la habitación, llamamos en varias ocasiones a recepción desde nuestro móvil sin aue nadie nos atendiera. No había tampoco amenities en el baño, ducha bastante antigua y con la presión de agua muy justa. Camas muy ruidosas … la verdad que el enclave es excepcional pero esperàbamos mucho más del hotel de acuerdo al precio de la reserva.

The room was very spacious, the check in was easy and the staff on reception very friendly. The bed was great, and the pillows perfect. The view from our room on the 5th floor was amazing, we paid for the superior mountain view and it was worth it. The dinner menu was a buffet but with some roasted beef which was served freshly cooked and on a griddle to add more cooking if necessary was the best we have tasted in a long time. The breakfast buffet was good too, with freshly made omelettes available. The staff in the restaurant were a little unsure of themselves, it took four people to get one glass of wine from them. All in all a lovely hotel in wonderful surroundings. We only stopped one night on a trip home from France.
