Aparthotel la Gaviota

Very expensive for what they offer. They are saved by a very good location, facing the sea, next to a small cove. They are next to the town and two restaurants. They are new apartments, but poorly maintained. The air conditioning broke down and they tried to tell us that we didn't know how to use the remote control, while they knew it was causing problems from previous guests. We had to insist and in the end the central plate was broken, for this reason the air was disconnected at random and would not let us turn it on. It is not the type of procedures you want while you are on vacation. It took them 2 days to repair it, plus 1 day to repair the TV. Cleaning every 2 days, but we had to complain. They offered us additional cleaning since the technicians brought in a lot of sand from outside, but they did not do it this day or the next day when it was time. They didn't change the towels either. Dirty bathroom, especially corners of the shower. Unforgivable, because it would be fixed with a little bleach. Humidity and a lot of noise from a machine outside. I have left a much milder opinion on Booking, but when I scored only 6, they deleted it. Outrageous.
