チェックインはフロントが無く、外のドアから電話して開けてもらうので、ちょっと時間がかかりました。チェックアウトは部屋のドアに鍵を差し込んだまま、建物ドアと外のドアを開けて勝手にでます。わかりにくいので、最初にちゃんと聞いた方が良いですね。共用キッチンもあって快適でした。

casa molto comoda, pulita e il personale di servizio è gentilissimo ed efficiente, il bagno in comune con altre 2 stanze non è il massimo della comodità ma comunque bello grosso e pulito come il resto, ho viaggiato per lavoro con moglie e i nostri 3 cani, il prezzo è buono ma, unica pecca se vogliamo essere precisi, abbiamo pagato 5 euro a cane per un totale di 45 euro per le 3 notti, cifra poco giustificata per il semplice accesso ai cani senza avere in cambio un servizio a loro riservato, tipo anche solo delle ciotole per l'acqua o dei tappetini per farli adagiare. detto questo però ripeto, è stata un'esperienza positiva e sicuramente tornerei se dovessi capitare nuovamente a forlì

Sconsigliata non ci torno più dopo aver pagato x rimanere un'ora in più per necessità lavorative per 15 minuti in più sono stata costretta uscire con bagagli e con un mio figlio disabile. Posto rumoroso perché lungo una strada trafficata priva di mezzi pubblici e ristoranti. Non sicura per chi ha bambini perché il cancello si apre appena ti avvicini

Ambienti puliti e confortevoli, mi sono sentita a mio agio. I proprietari sono gentili e disponibili. L'unica pecca è stata la luce delle scale che si spegne troppo presto. Ma x il resto mi poso ritenere una persona soddisfatta. Ottima l'idea del fino. Mi è stato molto utilesibo arrivata bagnata come un pulcino...

Sinceramente pensavo meglio... se fosse un po' più curato meriterebbe 5 stelle. Comodo ai servizi. Cucina in comune su ogni piano.... lavanderia e distributore bevande al piano terra... La cucina poco curata e anche le camere non brillavano.

Servizio e qualità pessimi!! Ci sono strutture decisamente migliori a Forlì. Tengono prezzi bassi per poter bilanciare il fatto che il servizio e l'assistenza non esista. Se avete un problema scordatevi di risolverlo. Sconsigliato!!!
