it was a wonderful vacation - a hotel on the sea coast, with its own beach and thermal pools, charming views, decent service and delicious dinners... the most beautiful sunsets - huge thanks - we will definitely come back again…

A beautiful setting and great spa facilities, private beach and lovely outdoor and indoor pools. Walking distance to Forio and good local bus service
The food was very much geared to tourists rather that local flavours and we struggled as we were always given the menu in German. With hindsight we would not have booked half board as there were several lovely local restaurants nearby and a supermarket just over the road

I had the best time staying at this hotel in month of October. Sitting in the patio and watching the most beautiful and scenic view of Mediterranean sea was so peaceful and relaxing. The spa and the pools were great and having live music at the bar on certain nights of the week was a plus. I loved the hotel and will definitely go back again.

We were re commended to visit hotel Tritone by our Italian friends. It is a very lovely hotel, many older guests playing cards at night, dancing to live music. Paradise for 65-90. It was like something out of x as movie. We loved being the youngest there. Water and beach was perfection to swim and relax. Breakfast in the patio was fantastic. Service was excellent. We loved Ischia.

The hotel management is corrupt and will refuse to work with anyone who has to cancel their stay. If your ferry cancels service into Ischia on the date of your arrival the resort will not cancel your stay if requested and will charge you the full cost of the stay. There are plenty of alternative places to visit in Italy where tourist are treated with the respect they deserve.

The Tritone hotel offers a fantastic holiday experience. Situated over the sea, the private beach, the pools and common areas with magnificent views and the fantastic garden that surrounds the entire complex are exceptional. The atmosphere is familiar and relaxed and the service excellent. Located about a 20-minute walk from Forio and also very close to other attractions, such as the La Mortella gardens and the Poseidon and Negombo thermal parks, it also has fantastic restaurants just a few meters from the hotel.

I recently stayed at this hotel and while there were some enjoyable aspects, several issues negatively impacted my overall
experience.
Pros:
Beautiful Landscape: The hotel is situated in a stunning location with great views.
Private Beach: The small private beach is a nice touch, offering a more peaceful and exclusive experience away from crowded public areas.
Cons:
Poor Room Cleaning: Unfortunately, the room cleaning services were awful. The lack of attention to cleanliness left much to be desired.
Pool Areas: Both the indoor and outdoor pools had uncovered holes. There were also no lifeguards present.
Unresponsive Staff: The hotel staff were not proactive or attentive. We had to frequently search for them to request simple tasks like opening an umbrella. There was no initiative from their side to assist guests.
Beach Towel Policy: The towel policy was highly inconvenient. You could only replace one towel per day between 08:00-12:00, which made it difficult for guests who wanted fresh towels after using the pool or beach.

The Tritone is in a great location with lovely garden grounds and good free beach access with beds and umbrellas provided for residents. Good selection of pools and towels provided. We only ate in the restaurant on our first night and were a bit puzzled to be offered only the table d’hote with limited choice when there was clearly à la carte too. We ate every other night in one of the many restaurants within a 10 minute walk and had mostly lovely meals.
