I recently stayed at this hotel and while there were some enjoyable aspects, several issues negatively impacted my overall
experience.
Pros:
Beautiful Landscape: The hotel is situated in a stunning location with great views.
Private Beach: The small private beach is a nice touch, offering a more peaceful and exclusive experience away from crowded public areas.
Cons:
Poor Room Cleaning: Unfortunately, the room cleaning services were awful. The lack of attention to cleanliness left much to be desired.
Pool Areas: Both the indoor and outdoor pools had uncovered holes. There were also no lifeguards present.
Unresponsive Staff: The hotel staff were not proactive or attentive. We had to frequently search for them to request simple tasks like opening an umbrella. There was no initiative from their side to assist guests.
Beach Towel Policy: The towel policy was highly inconvenient. You could only replace one towel per day between 08:00-12:00, which made it difficult for guests who wanted fresh towels after using the pool or beach.

Overall, we had a wonderful time at the Hotel Tritone. The hotel's location, the pools, and the garden are a gem. The breakfast buffet was very good, and the dinner was excellent, with room for improvement. The terrace and the seafront location are very beautiful. It's a shame that, as a guest with breakfast, you feel like a second-class guest. On our last evening, we wanted to have dinner in the garden restaurant—just like the night before. We had also made a reservation for the following evening the day before. When we arrived, the head waiter, Salvatore, told us in an unfriendly tone that there were no more tables available. When we pointed out that we had a reservation, he said, "He doesn't care." Although tables were free again—he probably didn't want to have the table set a second time—he "sent" us to the other restaurant. He wanted to give us the bottle of wine and water from the previous day to take with us. The discussion was extremely unpleasant for the other guests, the staff, and the guests. In short, I have never been treated so rudely as a guest. Mistakes can happen—that's not the point—but the tone and treatment was exceptionally bad. The last time I experienced that was with the German Armed Forces :-) I'd also like to mention that the other restaurant staff were very nice. In short: it was still a nice stay at the hotel, despite one extremely bad experience, which has affected the overall rating.

Situata in uno dei posti più belli dell'isola la struttura è veramente bella e ben tenuta. Oltre al corpo centrale vi sono numerose stanze distribuite su una ampia superficie che comprende spazi verdi ,piscine all'aperto con bar e ristoranti all'aperto o coperto. Ottima accoglienza e gentilezza del personale tutto. La cucina è veramente molto buona con piatti anche della tradizione isolana. Forse un unico neo è il fatto che le piscine esterne, tranne una più piccola, sono un po' freddine a fine settembre ma l'Hotel è ad apertura stagionale. Consigliatissimo!

La struttura è probabilmente nel più bel posto dell'isola di Ischia, ulteriormente impreziosito da un tramonto mozzafiato, da godersi sull'ampia terrazza sorseggiando un aperitivo o semplicemente un buon caffè. Complice l'aver prenotato nell'ultimo week end di apertura della struttura il servizio è stato alquanto carente: a pranzo dovevi accontentarti di quanto rimasto in dispensa, a colazione sono terminati i cornetti senza rifornimento, pochissimo presidio della spiaggia e della spa da parte di un personale oramai stanco e demotivato. La qualità di un servizio deve essere garantito sino all'ultimo minuto in cui una struttura è operativa.

Magnificent hotel, panoramic view.. elegant and well-kept interiors.. very good cuisine.. The indoor pool with hot water is beautiful, then there is a small pool with hot and cold water... excellent for circulation.. for the outdoor pools there is one with a panoramic sea view.. fantastic... the only flaw is that when we went at the end of October.. beginning of November.. lunch was not included...
